I teach two formats of kickboxing. I loooooooooooove <3 kickboxing, and getting my heartrate up so high that I feel like my head my explode. The downside to kickboxing all of the time is that your glutes and hips and hammies get tiiiiiight.
Want to know what helps with that? YOGA! I never thought I would be a fan of yoga or Pilates, but this girl has downed the kool aid and is now offering anyone around an ice cold glass of it.
For the last month I’ve started doing yoga or pilates at least five days a week. Just recently I’ve read about a 30 day yoga challenge on Ashley’s blog (http://edibleperspective.com/). Not wanting to give up my pilates, I’ve decided to change it up just a bit. Won’t you join me?
The challenge doesn’t mean you have to do an entire hour of either practice every day. If you can spare just ten minutes a day, you will notice a huge change in your body.
Who knows, maybe doing this small thing will lead you to try other new things and form other healthly habits. Who is with me??
